YOU Decide
The only person who should decide on a career for you is “YOU”. While deciding the most suitable career for us we must take into account our likes and dislikes, our hobbies, our values etc. Taking into account all this aptitudes we can create groups containing certain types of careers. For example :
1.Practical Work : This line of career is for those who have self confidence and manual skill. Example- Doctors, Engineers etc.
2.Physical Labour : This line of career is for those who love the outdoors and posses physical stamina. Example- Sportsmen, Policemen etc
3.Creative Jobs : It requires us to have an imaginative and artistic mindset, verbal ability etc. Example- Fine Arts, Music etc.
4.Blue Collar Jobs : This line of careers are for those who are good at managing people, planning, promoting etc. Example- Business Management, Banking etc.

Thus, we can group the different careers according to our different aptitudes, but we should keep in mind that some careers may overlap more than one group. The above grouping should help us to some extent in choosing the right career path for ourselves and not going by someone else’s aspirations and expectations. Without taking into account our aptitudes, chances are that we will be mediocre and a very insecure professional in this competitive world.
